Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting relationships, other relationships:
The overall role of this position is to maintain the day to day activities of the SAP Organizational Management processes for AVANGRID. Including:
Tracking and auditing of all incoming HR OCRs/Actions while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Reporting for all AVANGRID companies regarding OM Structure objects to ensure compliance with the AVANGRID HR Administration model and with AVANGRID policies and procedures.
Supports the Personnel Costs budgeting process including creation of the vacancy plan in SAP.
Release of all AVANGRID positions for hiring OCR submissions.
Organizational Management object maintenance in SAP including all organizational units, Jobs, Positions, Attributes, Job Descriptions, Planned Compensation and Workers Compensation.
MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):
Analyze all OCRs received by HR to ensure proper documents and forms are received prior to submitting the information to PA/Payroll.
Maintains knowledge and provides support to HR functions such as headcount reporting including tracking OCRs for Human Resources business functions.
Adheres to and understands all departmental internal controls and maintains all departmental processes to ensure compliance.
Respond to HR ITSM related requests timely and accurately.
Support HR SAP Module testing in Development and Quality environments and documenting results.
Assist with HR Audits and Certification requirements regarding system user audits, record retention, crime prevention and SAP segregation of duties.
The role holder will also cover for the Lead Analyst – HR Systems
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelors Degree preferred. Associates Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.
Experience in and understanding of HR Information Systems and administrative control procedures in corporate business environment, especially regarding Human Resource policies and governance.
Possess a high level of attention to detail.
Analytical competence and technical skills.
Ability to interact effectively with management and employees.
Result and proactive orientation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management, scheduling and organizational skills.
Exceptional business partner focus skills and the ability to explain matters with confidentiality and tact.
Excellent working knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Awareness of new technology/systems preferably in the field of HR
