Con Edison Customer Service Rep Bil L1-2 in New York, New York

Qualifications: Con Edison is looking to hire PART TIME BI-LINGUAL Customer Service Representatives to join its exciting Customer Service group. This position offers opportunity for professional growth and advancement. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalency. You must be able to respond to direction and work as a member of a team, using PC-based information systems in order to retrieve information to analyze customer accounts. In addition, you must have the ability to interact with customers over the phone, as well as other avenues of contact, in a responsive, productive, and professional manner. You will need to provide outstanding service in every customer encounter and be an effective communicator. Full-time training will be provided.

The individual we seek must be proficient in Spanish. Bilingual candidates must pass a language performance test. Only applicants that are proficient in Spanish will be considered.

This position is located in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting while answering phones at a computer terminal for the majority of the day is required.
