General Summary

We currently have an opening for aTraining and Organizational Development Consultantin our rewards and talent development department. This position has the ability to be located at either our Maple Grove, MN or our Underwood, ND location. The successful candidate will lead activities related to the development, implementation and analysis of talent management processes used throughout the organization, supporting individual and leadership development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating business process improvement and employee engagement action planning sessions.

  • Designing and delivering a variety of learning, talent development, and management development programs.

  • Partners with the manager to development and implement a strategic plan for identifying and retaining high potential employees.

  • Administering the day-to-day requirements for the talent management system including learning management, performance management, succession planning and e-learning design

  • Managing the data analysis and report generation process for statistics relating to the talent and performance management process.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources or related field.

  • Master’s degree in organizational development, learning and development preferred.

  • Five years or more in related work experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training and development programs.

  • Strong skills and experience in talent management systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, facilitation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work with confidential data and information, exercise discretion and use sound judgement.

  • Skills in the Microsoft Office suite of software
