This position will report directly to the Manager, Facilities Operation.

PRIMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Analyzes business and automated system processes, and recommends system efficiencies. Proactively identifies improvement opportunities for systems and business processes at the department level.

  • Monitors and maintains appropriate levels of inventory of material, tools, safety gear, and consumable supplies.

  • Incorporates all applicable department processes into the overall Enterprise Asset Management program.

  • Creates documentation of current business processes while identifying process gaps, and creates ‘to-be’ process documentation to resolve them.

  • Preferred knowledge of SAP or other enterprise software and MS Office.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma, and

  • Two years of related experience, or

  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
