This position is responsible for maintaining the corrective action program database, assisting and training site personnel with the use of the database, and assisting with governance and oversight of the corrective action program.
Establishing the standards and writing material related to the corrective action program database (PCRS).
Assisting the sites with maintaining proper setup and utilization of PCRS modules.
Ensuring corrective action program personnel receive appropriate training on the functionality of PCRS and how to perform administrator duties.
Fill the role of business owner lead of PCRS when software changes are needed.
Assist the CFAM CAP/OE with governance and oversight activities for the corrective action program.
Representing the CFAM as directed, performing assessments of corrective action programs and performance analysis of the corrective action program.
Minimum education required of the position
B.S. Degree in Engineering or related technical degree may be credited for up to 4 years of experience, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum experience required of the position
6 years commercial or military nuclear experience.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Technical understanding of nuclear generation principles and operation. Familiar with industry recognized root cause analysis methods and techniques. Desired: Working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and PCRS.
