This is a full-time, project regular position for an estimated duration of 31 months.

IT employees are at the heart of these projects, collaborating, designing and executing technology solutions that are transforming our industry.
The Project Systems Analyst supports the functional and technical teams to conceptualize and develop innovative solutions to address complex business issues and problems that have significant impact throughout customer service technology portfolio. Conduct analysis of business requirements and capability needs, leveraging knowledge of operations, processes, existing solutions and available technologies, in order to design high level technology solutions. Acts as an internal consultant in identifying and addressing long term business issues. Plays a role with project teams to identify, develop and implement leading edge technologies. Supports teams of internal and external experts on projects with broad and long-term impact on the Company and technology portfolio. Supports teams to prepare project plans, forecasts and budgets resources and acts as a consultant to senior management.
Supports the analysis of business requirements and the development of system requirements and design specifications to address complex business needs. Supports project delivery through analysis, estimation, design, evaluation, demonstration, construction, testing, and implementation.
Performs problem analysis and assists with the implementation of resolutions and mitigations.
In conjunction with the Project Manager, assists with the coordination with other IT organizations (Enterprise Architecture, Service Management and Cyber Security) on the technical work and ensure results meet requirements, analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation needs.
Functions as a resource or consultant to management, IT and client organizations on specific project, program, functional, or strategic issues.
Influences short-term, more focused business and computing strategy decisions, which may have a moderate impact on operations.
- Five or more years of experience in defining system requirements, project scope, and performing cost/benefit analysis.
Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related field or an equivalent combination of formal education, training, and experience.
Broad knowledge of one or areas in the customer service portfolio.
Five or more years of experience writing professional, technical documentation and reports and experience verbally presenting to technical and business clients.
Two or more years of experience supporting projects and performing critical projects role functions.
Experience with SAP CRM and\or IS-U application modules.
This is a full-time, project regular position for an estimated duration of 31 months. This position is eligible for company benefits and incentives during the duration of the assignment.
Relocation does not apply to this position.
