Job description

AREVA Med, LLC is seeking a Office Manager for our Plano, TX location. The position will be responsible for the oversight of office operations, with an emphasis on continuous process improvement and solution resolution.

The Office Manager manages special requests, projects, or logistics for major events, performs purchasing activities, and supports all administrative functions and policies for the office.

Additional responsibilities will include the following:

  • Oversees all office operations, including oversight of vendors, facility requirements, receptionist functions, and cleaning crew.

  • Supports Purchasing functions, including quote process with vendors, placing orders, managing the Procurement Card process.

  • Maintains supply records, organizes deliveries, and transfers invoices for payments approval and/or for correction by providers

  • Organizes and plans travel, meetings, events, and team building activities.

  • Supports administrative functions, including time card approval, safety processes, and others.

  • Other duties as assigned.

*All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this position. *

  • Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in a related field, or comparable experience in lieu of a degree, plus 4-7 years of related work experience.

  • General knowledge of basic administrative procedures and office management.

  • Familiar with the company’s health policy and program.

  • Knowledge of basic computer operations including spreadsheets, word processing, and email.

  • Good knowledge of safety practices, purchasing policies, administrative procedures and guidelines.
