What you will be doing
Assist in the development, delivery, and maintenance of compliance policies, programs, procedures, and processes.
Facilitate and coordinate management of change activities for annual reviews, change requests, and audits.
Monitor progress on key aspects of change requests to meet standards.
Organize documentation for presentation to Compliance Leadership and other stakeholders.
Perform internal good documentation practice assessments and ensure that compliance concerns are addressed and resolved.
Manage workload with minimum supervision under time constraints.
Create and modify policy and procedure documentation based on changes to regulatory standards and communicate to impacted stakeholders through formalized management of change process.
Develop industry specific knowledge, skills, and a thorough understanding of compliance requirements.
Participate in emergency response activities as needed or support company operations during periods of labor unrest.
What you bring
A Bachelor’s degree of science in business, information technology, communications, education or other related field
High level of computer proficiency with advance knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional, and Photoshop
Career ladder associated to the role so we are interested in candidates that range from recent graduates to experienced professionals
It would be awesome if you have:
Bachelor of science in information technology with an emphasis on cyber security for CIP responsibilities
Knowledge and experience in utility operations, regulatory compliance and/or procedural development of a similar nature
Knowledge of database applications and development
Knowledge and experience with lean and six sigma tools
Above average communications skills both verbal and written
