Eugene Water and Electric Board is seeking a Process Improvement Program Manager who will report to the Manager of Information Services. The Process Improvement Program Manager will:
Identify, test, and implement processes of business and functional units to ensure continuous quality improvement;
Review and refine processes and plans for improvements by collecting and interpreting data and;
Develop recommendations and presenting summary findings to organizational leadership.
The successful candidate will be an experienced professional who has implemented formal process improvement initiatives across multiple business lines to develop best practices and tools to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation organization wide.

Minimum Training and Experience Required
Minimum Experience: Five years progressive experience in process improvement initiative across multiple business lines; at least two years' experience in a lead role overseeing cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience with lean process improvement management tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, computer science, finance, or related field.
Desirable education, experience, training and certifications: Process/Quality Improvement Certifications
Equivalency: An equivalent combination of education and experience aligned to successfully perform the essential duties of this job may qualify.
Valid driver license: Yes or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of being hired.
