JOB DESCRIPTION: To maintain records and prepare reports, statistics, explanations, and estimates pertaining to generating station operating activities; and to perform related work as assigned.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS1. High School diploma of GED. 2. At least 3 years of administrative work experience. 3. Participates in and supports local process improvement initiatives with data and analysis. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities while maintaining focus on major goals and objectives, and to perform in ambiguous and/or pressure situations. 5. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external clients. 6. Excellent analytical and computer skills including Windows, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Access, PCARD, TIME, Passport, Peoplesoft, etc. 7. Effective oral and written communication skills. 8. Demonstrated administrative, organizing and planning skills. Demonstrated ability to conduct research, identify data requirements and create research tools. 9. Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust and communicate effectively (written and verbal). 10. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality. 11. Must pass SASS testing.
