The IT Cybersecurity Project Manager II will support the Cybersecurity Program Management Office (PMO). The role will focus on the daily management of the PMO. The Project Manager will facilitates program governance and deliver program management activities such as program reporting, management of program level risk and issues. As well as, budgetary and financial oversight, the management of program level KPIs and metric reporting.

Responsibilities and duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Works directly with Cybersecurity Management and other team members of the PMO to perform high-level Project Portfolio Resource Planning

Acts as the liaison with the Architecture team to perform road map alignment on the portfolio

Manage the Cybersecurity Program Office financial budget

Work with Cybersecurity Management and other PMO team members to develop the initial financial work books for the projects in the portfolio

Perform Portfolio Reporting and Status Updates

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the program

Manage and report on the program level risks and issues

Lead and coordinate program status meetings, program status reporting

Perform financial audits at the program level on projects within the portfolio

Assess impact analysis for project changes to provide approval based on financial budget and other program level factors

Provides training to project managers

Assesses and revise training processes, and methodologies as needed

Manage sponsor relationships from a program perspective

Manage IT management relationship from a program perspective

Manage Project Process / Reporting such as development and reporting of project KPIs

Perform project financial audits

Four (4) year/Bachelor's degree and five (5) or more years of project management experience OR 14 or more years of experience in lieu of degree Experience managing multiple projects with cross functional teams Experience managing technology related projects Risk Management experience

Desired Qualifications: Masters degree in business (MBA), project management, or equivalent Experience communicating project status updates and working with executive leadership Experience managing cybersecurity projects Experience working with the use of IT Delivery Methodology (ITDM) Project related work experience Project Management, Program Management, and or Portfolio Management Experience with project or program related scheduling and cost controls Project leadership experience Strong decision making, critical thinking and problem solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong oversight and collaboration skills Job: Project/Program Management
