As a Service Writer, you are responsible for maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the shops department’s operation. This position will process and review work orders to coordinate service for Michels equipment and vehicles, answer phone calls/emails and schedule maintenance of appointments. You will complete warranty paperwork and processing, complete entry into Fleet Software to record work performed, order, parts, etc. and coordinate with other shops on scheduling and rotation of trucks.

  • Prior service writing and/or automotive experience

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Customer service experience
