Description

ThispositionisresponsibleforinternallygrowingtheMichels brandandcorporateculture.Thisposition leadsinitiatives,driveschanges,and supportson-going improvement acrossthecompany.Criticalforsuccessaretheabilitiesto maintainorganizationandprovidedirectionandleadership.Effective verbalandwrittencommunicationskills,abilitytoworkin afastpacedenvironment,andaccountabilitytobesuccessfulintherolearemustsinthisrole.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:

  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

  • Build relationships with employees at satellite office locations to ensure integration of the Michels brand, cross-selling the company culture and Corporate Services Team (CST).

  • Exhibit and promote Michels core values. Maintain a strong knowledge of the Michels company, philosophy, and core values.

  • Coach the Frontline Brand Keepers in promoting the Michels brand and culture within their facilities.

  • Assess satellite office locations for compliance with corporate brand standards, policies, and procedures. Execute all feasible tasks while on site.

  • Coordinate project management with Facilities Management, Marketing, Corporate Security, and Information Technology to ensure completion of branding initiatives and adherence to corporate brand standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Develop tools and checklists to assist satellite office locations in maintaining established brand standards.

  • Organize and help assist with facilitation of events at each satellite office.

  • Train and orientate office support staff in new satellite offices.

  • Support the merger and acquisition process by understanding the cultural differences and helping to assimilate the Michels culture.

  • Coordinate with the decorating committee on placement of approved office décor.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include a minimum of three-five years of Michels experience. In addition, one must possess a 4year degreewithemphasisinMarketing,5-7 yearsrelatedexperience,orequivalentcombination.Applicants must be able to handle multiple projects at one time, manage tight deadlines, demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with various levels of management and proficiency in computer software skills specifically Microsoft Office Suite. This positon will include travel,whichmayincludeextendedduration,up to 50-75%ofthetime.
