Digital Marketing Coordinator

Provide strategic and tactical support to maximize use of marketing automation tools (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Adestra) and social media platforms in support of cross-channel marketing initiatives for the company's investment products and services.

Purpose and Mission

• Identifies and coordinates requirements for email marketing campaigns. Gathers and refines project objectives and requirements. Manages e-mail message production, editing and distribution, mapping to content calendar and scheduled frequency.

• Utilizes data in CRM to identify target audiences and map lists to content calendar, campaigns and scheduled frequency. Advises on customer profiles and market segmentation to cultivate and nurture leads through to sales or online conversion.

• Develops new and repurposes existing content to keep the website fresh, in-line with business objectives and consistent with brand standards. Directs the work of web designers and developers.

• Partners with marketing, sales and client service colleagues to repurpose existing content for target audiences. Edit, reconcile edits and proofread.

• Develops and tracks analytics to test and refine marketing automation campaigns (track user actions, map to customer profiles/journey) and to monitor website traffic and user experience. Analyzes and reports on campaign performance. Identifies trends and opportunities for improvements. Gains an understanding of user behavior and finds opportunities to engage users and drive behaviors.

• Assists with testing and roll out of new web applications and features. Troubleshoots issues and errors. Responds to inquiries from colleagues and other site visitors, provides technical support when necessary.

• Recommends new media techniques (e.g., social media, SEO optimization, pay-per-click advertising) consistent with budget resources and compliance realities and manages implementation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or database analytics.

• 3 - 5 years experience leveraging technology to deploy and track digital marketing campaigns.

• 2 or more years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and an email marketing platform.

• Working knowledge of marketing technologies and tactics to build brand awareness, generate interest and boost sales.

• Skilled at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with competing responsibilities.

• Proven communications skills, both verbally and in writing, with diverse groups and audiences

• Ability to conceptualize, produce and disseminate high-quality materials as demonstrated by prior work experience.

• Ability to influence decisions while fostering collaborative relationships and building consensus.

• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point),

• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment towards common goals.
